She has earned the reputation as a candid coach and a credible thought partner to executives and founder-led organizations. Erika draws upon her deep experience to focus her coaching process on negotiation, persuasion models, leadership and communication frameworks, and adult learning best practices.

Erika holds an MBA with a concentration in HR from Baldwin Wallace University, as well as a M.Ed. in Counseling and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University along with being SHRM-SCP certified and certified in team development.
