Harassment Awareness Training

Film & music production sets, talent agencies, and broadcast television networks are all affected by harassment, so what can management/leadership do about it?

When it comes to work culture, it is vital to cultivate a trusting relationship between all members of a functional team or organization. When there is trust, there is also an authentic sense of security. Employees will feel safe stepping into the production environment / workplace every day, knowing that no matter what happens, there are measures in place to address concerns as they are brought forth. This is connected to establishing a sense of accountability in the workplace.

This session will assist employees to identify behaviors that create or contribute to unlawful harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. It also offers information on how to assist in preventing and responding to incidents of harassment in the workplace.
